Cancellations or changes to bookings within 48hrs of departure for any reason will not be entitled to any refund. 20% Cancellation fee on all bookings regardless of date.

AAT Kings:

Due to the Extensive organistion involved with touring, cancellation fees are applicable to compensate for costs and lost revenue. AAT Kings strongly recommend travel insurance to cover against such charges. Cancellation fees will be levied relative to the amount of notice given. Cancellations received within 1-6 days prior to travel will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 24hrs of departure time will incur a 100% cancellation fee (no refund). The operator reserves the right to cancel tours and amend prices, itineraries and days of operation as required. Clients are strongly advised to take out travel insurance. At times it may be necessary to provide alternative transport. Refunds are not available for wet weather or for changing weather conditions.

Exemplar Coaches & Limousines:

28 Days notice required for all cancellations for a full refund.

If a passenger cancels their booking with notice of less than 90 days, they forfeit 30% of trip fee. If notice is less than 30 days, they forfeit 100% of trip fee. If the tour operator is forced to cancel the trip due to adverse weather conditions, passengers will receive a credit for future travel with the same tour operator, or a refund equal to 85% of the trip cost.

Captain Cook Cruises (WA):

Cancellation or Changing Passenger Numbers. Cancellations received with more than 72hrs notice prior to tour departure may receive a refund. Cancellations within 72hrs of departure no refund will be issued. IN ALL CASES NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR 'NO SHOWS' All postponed cruises are treated as cancellations.

Rottnest Express:

Zero to 24 hours (including no shows) before travel = 100% cancellation fee 24 hours to 1 week before travel = 25% cancellation fee More than 1 week before travel = 0% cancellation fee applied by the tour operator.

Sydney Tours R Us - Blue Mountains:

You MUST call us on arrival in Sydney to verify your exact pick up time and location. Cancellation charges:within 12 hours of departure 100% of fare, , 12 to 24 hours 75% of fare, over 24 hours prior - 50% of fare. Please tell us your Sydney accommodation to arrange free pick up - provide your email address or phone number. Please bring your booking receipt to present to the driver - this is your "ticket".

ABSOLUTELY TASMANIA DAY TOURS:

We strongly advise you to take out travel insurance which includes cover for cancellation costs. Cancellations occurring less than 60 days prior to departure will incur the following charges: 31-60 days prior 80% of Total, 30 Days or less 100% of Total Price. Cancellation of a bokoing or part thereof will incur the following fees: * More than 60 days before departure - $50 per person * Between 30 & 60 days before departure - Loss of deposit * Between 15 & 30 days before deparutre - 50% of total cost * Less than 14 days before departure - 100% of total cost Cancellation fees up to 50% of the cruise fare less an administration fee of $50 per person, may be applied to another cruise if completed within 12 months of the original booking. Special payment and cancellation conditions apply for groups of 15 or more and Special Event Cruises, which are available on application. No refunds will be made for services not availed once travel has commenced. All refund claims must be made in writing. Kuranda Koala Gardens:

Cancellation Policy Admission only: No charge - however advice given prior to or on the day of travel is required for cancellations. Package/Combination products: Outside of 24 hours - no charge. 12 - 24 hours before arrival - 50% charge. Less than 12 hours before arrival - 100% cancellation fee applies.

Wetland Cruises:

Wetland Cruises reserve the right to cancel a tour if the group numbers are not sufficient, in such cases full refunds will be given. Any costs incurred by a client as a result of a delay or cancellation, including failure to make connections with any other service, are the responsibility of the passenger. We strongly recommend that all passengers have their own travel insurance to cover losses. Cancellation fees are 10% charge outside 14 days, 25% charge from 14 –8 days, 50% charge from 7—4 days and 100% charge within 72 hours of departure.
